Store obligations

Sending any valid order of a customer to the supplier / suppliers in the shortest possible time, or if this is not technically possible, within 48 hours from the moment of receiving the order. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be honored on the first business day. A valid order is considered to be one that has all the information required by the form correctly completed. It gives the customer the opportunity to edit the information in the personal account. It gives the buyer the opportunity to view the final value of the products and the related shipping fees before completing the transaction. The prices displayed are expressed in RON. The customer can make changes regarding the quantity, delivery and billing method, delivery and manufacturing address and has the opportunity to revert to previous options. Sending the order to the buyer, by e-mail, in the form in which it was concluded, without the possibility of being modified by anyone, in any way. Each buyer's access to their own order history (after authentication) for viewing or printing, which is stored on the server for one year.

Respecting the confidentiality of personal data entered by the customer. The store undertakes not to make public the personal data of customers or the transactions carried out. Personal data will be used only for the stated purpose of the store or for informing or maintaining communication with the customer. The staff managing the store does not have access to editing customer data, editing the content of orders or order history. The order received from the customer and its validation is considered a contract and is subject to the provisions of the law on the legal regime of distance contracts. An order can be canceled on the same day until 16:00, without any obligation on either side. (Otherwise the customer will bear the shipping fees) If the order is placed after 18:00, the cancellation is made between 7:00-13:00, the next day. Both the store and the supplier have the right to verify any order by phone, asking the buyer to confirm some personal data or data related to the order. The store or supplier reserves the right to refuse to execute some orders, without motivating this choice, with the customer being notified by e-mail.

The return of products or the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract by the consumer is legislated by Government Ordinance no. 130 of 2000, from which we have extracted: Art. 7. (1) "The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason." "The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The 14-day period provided for the exercise of this right begins to run: a) for products, from the date of their receipt by the consumer" - since the provisions of art. 4 of the Ordinance have been met. Art. 8. "In the event of the consumer exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the trader is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer without requiring him to bear the costs related to the reimbursement of the amounts. The reimbursement of the amounts will be made no later than 15 days from the date of termination of the contract by the consumer". Art. 10. "The consumer may not unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise: a) contracts for the supply of products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates that cannot be controlled by the trader; b) contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or of distinctly personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate quickly; "

The buyer who exercises the right to unilaterally terminate the contract has the following obligations: The products will be shipped with the components or accessories received upon purchase, in the original packaging, in perfect working order. All objects must have the same appearance as when they were received and, where applicable, have intact seals or not show traces that attest to operations prohibited by the manufacturer or supplier on the products. The value of the suppliers' financial obligations towards the customers cannot exceed the value of the amounts received. The customer cannot claim any moral or material damages above these amounts.

Delivery Time

Product deliveries are made only within Romania. For products in stock: - Depending on the carrier, the delivery time can be between 24-198 hours. The store has no responsibility for respecting these deadlines.

Product warranty The products do not come with a warranty.

Returns Returned products will be picked up from couriers only after written notification, before the actual shipment of the product. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Fraud Customers who place false or incomplete orders, do not cancel the order, refuse the package, etc., may be subject to the following sanctions: advance payment, payment penalty, warning to the Fraud Commission and online stores, etc.

Security of personal data The personal data provided by you will be used only for the purpose of confirming and delivering the ordered products, without being provided or sold to a third party. Personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions, in the event of a justified request from them, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Disputes and conflicts We are not liable for damages (direct, indirect or incidental) that may result from the use or inability to use the information presented on the site, nor for any type of errors or omissions in the content that may lead to losses. Any attempt at unauthorized access to the site and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities. An attempt will be made to resolve any conflict between the parties amicably. If this is not possible, the legal provisions in the field will apply.

Legal provisions The store operates in compliance with all legal provisions imposed by the Romanian State, according to Law 449/2003(M), OG 21/92 (republished). Any attempt at unauthorized access, to cause damage or fraud will be brought to the attention of the competent authorities. Unic Security SRL will try to resolve any conflicts that may arise between the parties amicably. If this is not possible, the legal provisions will apply and they will be resolved by the courts.
